As a girl, I traveled the county and world growing up in a military family. My family settled in Dublin 48 years ago when my father retired from the Air Force. To this day, my parents, Billy and Reta Scarboro call Dublin their home and they could not be more proud we all chose to follow suit and plant our own family roots in this wonderful community!
I am a recent retiree from the education sector. I enjoyed my time with Laurens County Schools, Dublin City Schools and Heart of Georgia RESA. My work as a teacher, education administrator and education coordinator spanned 24 years and I was blessed to have had such a fulfilling career! I have two grown daughters who also live in the Dublin-Laurens area and both work in the education sector as well. I could not be more proud of my family!
My husband, David, is a former County Manager who is also recently retired. He and I spend most of our time keeping up with our 5 grandchildren. We also love to travel to our "home away from home" St. Simons Island.
Today, I am beyond delighted to be able to pursue the career of my dreams in real estate. I have years of experience in sales as a former business owner of a jewelry store in the Dublin Mall and an antique furniture store owner on Madison Street. I have bought and sold numerous properties in Dublin and St. Simons area and understand the real estate market in both areas. I look forward to working with you whether you are new to the community and need to find a great home, or have lived here all your life and you need assistance finding a buyer or you need help finding a great second home at the beach! I look forward to working with you!

Currently, Jacob is working toward getting his bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies and Theology as well as a minor in Business Administration through Liberty University online. He is expected to graduate in the summer of 2021! Jacob attends Dudley Baptist Church with his family and is looking forward to serving the community with K. Grace & Company.
What our clients think of us
My husband and I relocated from California back to Georgia in October 2020. As exciting as that was, it was also kind of scary. We moved in with my sister at first until we could find our own place. I had no idea what real estate company to call. My sister sold two houses in the past and used Kathy Thompson so she said "Call Kathy, she'll help you". So we did. Best decision I ever made! Kathy is the sweetest lady and is very knowledgeable about real estate. She introduced us to one of her agents, Edyie Webb. Edyie owns a house in Milledgeville, where we wanted to look, so she knows the area. She made house hunting fun! I don't know what we would have done without her! She found us the perfect home, within our budget, in less than two weeks. She went above and beyond in so many ways. If you are looking for your dream home, call Edyie or Kathy at K Grace Realty. This is a big and important decision so don't make the mistake of going to anyone else!
We are very excited for Edyie's success in her first full year as a realtor. We have been friends and neighbors with Edyie a long time so it was an easy decision when it came time to pick a realtor to sell our home. Sometimes it's said business and friendship shouldn't be mixed but our experience with Edyie was beyond our expectations. She was always prepared, very professional, and lead us through each step of the process seamlessly. Thank you Edyie for a job well done.
