A dedicated educator, mentor, and musician,Jonathan is a retired band director and former soccer coach who has spent a lifetime investing in students, athletes, and his community. Passionate about music both on and off the field, he currently serves as the bass and keyboard player for Dublin Bible Church, where he continues to share his love of worship and fellowship through music.

Outside of ministry and music, he enjoys hunting and fishing, valuing the outdoors and the time it provides with family and friends. He has been married to his wife, Maria, and together they are proud parents of two sons. Their oldest son, Jon Eric, is a teacher and coach at East Laurens Middle School, continuing the family tradition of leadership and service through education and athletics. Their youngest son, Riley “Peanut,” proudly serves in the United States Navy as a Naval Intelligence specialist stationed in RAF Molesworth.

Known for his servant’s heart, commitment to faith, and dedication to mentoring others, Jonathan continues to make a lasting impact through family, music, and community involvement.
